NRCP is not a registered broker-dealer.  NRCP can serve to implement a broker-dealer/investment banker (IB) selection process for clients, after which NRCP teams with the selected IB to execute a buy-side or sell-side transaction.  In such case, NRCP typically would serve as surrogate and/or interim executive, taking and leading the point of view of Management for the client in working with the IB.

NRCP is legally structured as a Colorado LLC .  The term “Partner” is a title a) given to Members of the LLC who are actively engaged in providing client services; and b) should not, in any way, be interpreted that NRCP is a partnership as defined by legal statutes.

NRCP Partner Firms (PF’s) contract directly with end user clients.  NRCP takes no responsibility for the legal, financial and/or operational relationships between clients and PF’s.  NRCP makes no representations or warranties regarding either clients or PF’s; any such information, due diligence, or protections are the expressed responsibility of each client and PF.
